Slow Speed For Rapidshare Premium Account At Night

    I have 500c Plan...Unlimited at night

But since last 4-5 days i am getting 90-100 kbps only at night......
But getting the 220 kbps speed at normal time (Except night 2- 8)

Well atleast you're getting 100 KBps at night and 200 KBps at day.
From last 4-5 days i'm getting speeds below 50 KBps at all times i.e at day and at nights. In fact all my downloads from all the sites have slowed down considerably. Only from sites like microsoft and some others i'm getting speeds of about 150 KBps.
Maybe its temporary and will get normal soon.

May be all this "dal me kaala" is due to that wire breakdown under the sea!!!

Default Centurytel is throttling speeds on Rapidshare.com

I have never had a problem, and currently run a server and have 5 static outside IP addresses....

What your problems probably boil down to is a faulty router somewhere on the internet (most likely Rapidshare's ISP's fault) or an interconnect somewhere in-between.

I live 3 miles from the city limits of Columbia, MO (one of their testbeds for new products, so would be one of the first to be "throttled" if it was happening) and have a 10meg/768k connection and constantly get 11meg/754k.
