i had given for a plan change on 9 demdemer from 750 to 1350 and also had paid them the demand draft..according to them my plan should change starting from midnight of 31december but it has not changed and the service order records in portal still shows as 750 and status as 'normal'

what could be the reason?

Give a brief complaint with your STD code number
and reference number/date of your
application for change of tariff plan.

Hope NIB will be asked to take action.

Order status : Open

Order status : Normal

Order status : Future Dated

Order Status : Provisined

after provisined u r plan is changed

i meant what is the problem for them to change my plan on 1st? why is it delayed?

thanks guys and i had been to bsnl office the A.H officer said he had changed the plan and i when i got back home indeed the plan had changed coz i was getting around 60kBps in torrents..but my portal still shows 750plan

same think happened with me i was sent application for changing my plan 750 to 500 but today i checked user service record & it saying still 750 & i have to wait one more month with this crappy speed (still getting 30 K.B.):2guns:BSNL

What is heppening to BSNL, I could not understand. I want to chnage my plan from UL 1350 to 500c+ and accordingly I have submitted a request letter to BSNL on 7 - 8 th Dec 2008 and every formality is over. On 31st Dec I check my portal and found my PLan change request is registered accordingly but still now my request status is OPEN. and I am getting the speed of UL1350. I called 1500 but no body is attending y call. Now what to do? Should I download as a user of 1350 or a user of 500c+, I can not decide. I calll local BSNL exchange they told me that I should work as a 500c+ plan as my status is open so I may be charged. and so far I know my new plan will be active after my status changed to provisioned. now you people suggest what to do?

contact to senior admin of bsnl broadband department , now i am confrmed after chating with them they said my connection still running 750 UL not 500 that will be chang after a month your application not processed & i am still getting 30 KB max speed
that's why i am confrm that i am on 750 plan

send online complaint.
