I was facing problem connecting to the net as the error 691 was being shown.I applied and promptly my connection was restored with new password.I am very pleased with the SDE KUMARPUR for his behaviour and will to rectify our problems.Now the problem is I cannot access bsnl portal with my previous ID and password new ID and password is also not working.I am unable to see my usage.Whom do I contact or how can the problem be rectified?
