is it torrent download speed or regular file download speed??what does Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test say?

PS : PLease avoid such a large text size..

Pal, realize your frustration. But when you write in BOLD and LARGE font size, it means you are shouting.

You have just mentioned one fact. But you must also mention:

a) What is your plan? Assume that ISP is BSNL, since you posted here.
b) What is the speed you are getting?
c) Where is it that you are facing issue? General browsing or standard downloads or Torrents?

There could be solutions to all.

stop drinking complain when the speeds r getting low

can understand, but writing in CAPS n BIG wont increase your download speed.
