Thread: Are BSNL download speeds maintained continuously?

Is your speed maintained constantly or only for short bursts?

One speed test with live streams is at the TenM3 site. On the TenM3 blogs, search for 'sustained Internet speed'

Yes I also noticed that speed is not maintained constantly in last few days

i am able to stream divx videos during non happy hours without any fuss

but during happy hours i am not able to stream its lot of buffering,the buffering is also visble in youtube

speeds in bsnl limited plans are incositent,as bsnl claims its upto 2mb so the speed will vary
