Default Problem with home 500C facility

i am a new user of BSNL...my plan Home 500c....i applied for the plan on 3.11.08
.....in the bsnl site i have seen this combo plan....it offers 175 calls and no monthly rentals and others .........but in the last months bill it took the monthly rental also the extra call changers was not beyond the limits(total 160 calls)....and when i talked with broadband officers they are saying that home 500 C was valid until 31st OCt 2008.....i have not seen any conditions saying that the plan was valid till 31st oct or like that.....the document which informed me about the username and password also said the plan was home 500c
but....when i cheak my bills it says i am in general plan....

can any one help me ???????

BSNL is wrong. The plan is still active. Take a print out of the web pages on BSNL Tariff and ask them to show any circular/published article stating what they claim.

similar thing happened to me too, i went to the office and faced em, they corrected it in a sec. but if u are told that home500c is invalid now, i suggest u take a torn chappal with u when u go to pay the bill.

everything should have a limit, I had to correct each of my last three bills. this month too they have charged extra 500 .

Yes j4k is right. Actually I faced this problem earlier and later on I talked to Accounts Officer BSNL in our locality. He told me that the person who actiavte/ change the plan is responsible for that. The actual fact he told me that with the change of plan or actiavtion of plan the LAND line plan should be changed by that person (BSNL). But sometimes by mistake the land line plan remain unchanged. that is why th problem is occured. I think you can visit the local exchange and tell them to check your land line plan also.
