    I am also facing the same problem from 1st Jan onwards. No drop down menu for checking usage... i don't know what to do.... Any clue..?

    Thanks for the link, I am able to check my usage for current and previous. but still at bbservice.bsnl.in there is no usage records.

    BSNL sites are not loading for me (not just usage check). My Broadband Speed in Speedtest website is 193 KBps & DataOne speed check (after waiting 2-3 minutes) says 3.5 KBps. No problem with any other sites. Direct downloading speed & Bit-torrent speed are also good.

    hey guys, bsnl usage servers will be engage in billing service in every start of the month.
    if you want to check usage , you should check it after 8 days of every month.
    this problem is exist through out india.
    but these usage servers is not maintained properly that why it get down frequently.

    you r right.... i just checked my usages and i found that i used about 50 mb from 1st jan to 5th jan

    The Usage Check portals are back to normal (still loading slowly). I can see usage of December & also January upto 5th. Can't believe I already lost 829 MB out of 2.5 GB ?

    But.....It seems to have good speed. It is loading quick for me.

    That's why i am using a programing( I build in C language) where i enter the date and usage just for checking that whether i have used much or below usage at particular date this way i maintain my usage this Program will also mention ideal usage upto particular date.

    yup, BSNL services are slow for my liking, may be they are updating the database or something like that, this problem will be over in few days..

    I have NetMeter installed to check that. But it's on my other Operating System (I cannot access it now). I never used Linux for Internet access before. So didn't install it.

    Just I have seen my jan 09 and dec 08 usage after 8 to 9 days.
