    Default Dataone usage - with Portal ID

    For the latest Dataone connections usage cannot be seen through the earlier site. They give a portal ID...However with dataone portal ID at site http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/, only billed usage could be seen,unbilled usage data, it says, is not found. As such u are not able to monitor your daily usage and be sure about the the MB left....Is there any way to know the daily usage and MB left ????

    it seems that portal is showing usage upto 2jan only.i got my connection on 27th dec so my unbilled usage is also showing but only upto 2jan.when did you got your connection?

    Hey People, i got my connection in february.and this portal is not showing my usage either.How about usage monitoring softwares which we get from other websites like that from Shaplus,Sunish etc.

    Ya, and can anyone say me how can I know exactly howmuch mb usage is left. I mean for the home 500 plan we have night unlimited, but the portal shows the usage in total, so how to know the exact no. of MB's left for the month? Any software that can show. Before DataOne Usage Finder used to show it, but since BSNL has given new portal ID's it is not working, any suggestions?

    use some bandwidth monitoring software to monitor the traffic during day time like tautology bandwidth meter,shaplus,watch wan etc.

    Unhappy BSNL Portals not showing all records

    Recently, in December I am seeing that both BSNL portals - data [DOT] bsnl [DOT] in and bbservice [DOT] bsnl [DOT] in not showing all the usage records. Some usage (mostly between 2 AM to 4 AM and others) they are just not mentioning. In the result I am not being able to get actual status of my usage and plan accordingly.

    I tried to complain at dednwbb sancharnet in but that mail is bouncing. There phone# 080-25806600 also not working. I am in a fix. Anyone knows why it is happening and how to solve?

    I would also like to know if there is a session wise internet usage counter which will give me a BSNL like detail report of every log-in/ log-off.

    You can try with installing the java
    java.com/en/download/index.jsp
    The new BSNL portal needs the java install on your computer

    Same story for me also night unlimited time usage is not showing sometimes times couple of record showing between 7AM-8AM

    bsn portal has these problems on and off.. all you could do is wait and allow it to fix itself.. so try out later..

    Default check BB usage

    how can i check the usage?
    i successfully logged into bbservice.bsnl.in site but on click of Check Usage link, nothing happens.
    On the profile page also i dont see my landline no, name etc details present!
    shd i do some setup on the page/elsewhere before activating the portal id?

    just go to data.bsnl.in and type your portal id and password , if any.

    this was the new website and list the usage for the recent added users.

    You did everthing correctly, thing is the website is mostly not working or overloaded.

    As prasanna suggested use BSNL Portal

    you can try "data.bsnl.in" this portal is always working but "bbservice.bsnl.in" some time not in work.

    As far as I know Dataone portal shows both billed and unbilled usage.

    Smile Can't Check Usage

    I have 500c plan of bsnl broadband, but there is a problem, i am not able to check the usage, this is happening from 31 dec 2008, i have checked both bbservice.bsnl.in and data.bsnl.in sites..both of them are having some sort of problems..in the firest one that is bbservice.bsnl.in site when i click on drop down menu i only get select,it does not show any month name...and in second one i get error that says..an error occured plzz contact administrator...in both the sites..i am not able to check usage...and another thing is i do not get full speed from some sites,either they do not load and some load very slowly..is anybody here who is facing the same problem????????

    Yes this is happening to me also. this problem is from BSNL site, I think they will be back soon.

    yeah,,,i am also having the same problem...but bbservice.bsnl.in is opening but there's no history of usages and also the another one , dataone.in is saying timed out...i also have 500c...
    this problem always occurs and sovles itself.....but now its exception...

    Me too unable to check usage since 31st.
    Think we have to wait till bsnl sorts it out...

    As for speed, it is normal ... no big issue here ... fingers crossed though

    i think their servers went on holidays

    at-least speed is back to normal from 31st dec

    Foreign telecom companies always keep their words...they said that they'll repair the cables by 31st and they did...that's different in bsnl

    Default Unable to connect to bsnl portal

    Every time I try to connect to bsnl portal my entry is being shown as invalid.When I ask for password I get the answer that it has been emailed.I cannot figure out which email id they are sending the mail.Do I need to have a bsnlmail account if so how do I go about it.Will someone help.

    is ur bsnl connection is new.......?????????....i also had this problem when my connection new like 2-3 days old.............be patience u can log on after few days also there can be some server problems...it will solve in a few days

    bsnl must be given to you user id and portel id, which u can use for check mail and usage, "password" is password for both. login in dataone.in for mail check and bbservice.bsnl.in for usage check
