Thread: Help needed could not open some web sites

Hi Every One
I have BSNL unlimited plan.My problem is that I could not open many web sites in my pc when I set DNS Server IP to
Primary DNS server:218.248.255.145
Secondry DNS Server: 61.1.96.71

But when I replace DNS Server IP with Open Dns server IP

Primary DNS server:208.67.222.222
Secondry DNS Server: 208.67.220.220

then I can access all the web sites which are previously inaccessible. But
218.248.255.145/61.1.96.71 is working perfectly in my office and my friends home.

I have always on connection in My Beetel Modem

Please Help me

Modem used same Beetel type ?

Do you see any option in WAN settings page
( enter UserID and password page)
for changing MTU values.? set to 1492.

Post screen shot of Device Status or give FW details.

Usually Change of MTU and use of OpenDNS suggested, if
some web sites are not accessed.

well since you have it working with opendns.. i dont think you should worry.. opendns servers are known for speed and reliability..
