has anyone started to get good speed on rapidshare and megaupload after the cable issue?if yes,on which server?
i was downloading at 185kb/s from cogent server.next day onwards,its 10kb/s

Tata indicom is giving me good speeds and I guess that undersea cables are a common issue for all isps so I dont understand why tata indicom is not affected and bsnl is...

I haven't used Rapidshare after that. Try GlobalCrossing server/mirror.

well i am getting 2mbps with premium accnt........that cable issue never affected my speeds in any way......not for single min. yeah the site is taking way too much of time for loading & logging in into the accnt.......but with downloads there is no problems.....

Last 2 days i am getting 45-60KBps (on average) in rapidshare as free user

i get around 70 as free user

I get all sorts of speeds on rapidshare. Average is 60KBps. But some times I get 140 KBps and at other times I get 10 KBps. But when I get too low speed I change the server I was downloading from. I've noticed that a server that gives good speed today might not give such speed few hours later so I dont give any preference to ant particular server. But most of the time globalcrossing works for me.

I checked and speed is back to normal. Speed: 175 KBps (free user).

from last 2 days i am getting more than 200 KBps from Deutche Telekom server.

I never get such high speeds on rapidshare free server for more than 30 secs. I'm guessing you have premium acc or you're lucky. Though I dont use RS too much.
