    Question What is wrong ?

    i have applied for Home Combo Plan 500 C

    and they said its on from 1st JAN

    but see my night usage

    what could be wrong ?

    because now its showin that your service is effective from 6the JAN

    Can i do something against this ? is there any way ?

    this is my 1st time use of Combo

    well dude u are screwed , u should have confirmed the change
    but still digg some internal bsnl connections that might help in adjusting your bill

    3 rd time 2.1 to 7.45 night usage is not exempted from the actual usage.
    you just take this copy and launch a complaint in the nearest bsnl office.
    just prove it that you are victim.

    At first, how you know that your plan has been change from 1st January ?(which source) if you got the information by telephone call then i think you can't do any thing because BSNL authority will deny now.tell us little more information.

    I think his plan not change to Home 500C in that period(3-4 January)

    i asked them by call, to JTO and SDOT both confirmed me too, also i wasnt able to check data even my data usage limit exeeded email also came today !!! after it exeeded 5 times

    now both persons are telling that give us an application about that

    I hope officers in your area are kind enough and true to their words.
    But you are screwed if they deny to adjust bill.

    Yes thats why i am asking here that is this only the way of by officers ?

    They will support me because when i changed my plan i asked them 5 times each that plan is ready or not, and they said its showing on here, actually i had applied for COMBO 500 C+ but they couldnt do that (don't know why !!!).

    Also i was not be able to check my usage or other details till today, so i have to believe them when i asked , even data usage exeeding email also came today after crossing limit 5-6 times more

    Now they are asking me to give them application about this, is this ok to do ? or is there any other way from where i can have more help ? Both officers are kind persons but they can set these for me ?

    You can give application I hope your problem will be solve but if they deny to reduce your usage then you will obviously protest against this.

    Hi anantthakor! I would like to inform you that I was also apply for the plan change on 5 - 7 Dec 2008 & BSNL people told me that my plan will be changed from 1 st January 2009. But still I am waiting for the plan change. This time I think BSNL have some problem to change the plan. as on 31st I check my portal and found that My Plan change is registered and status is open and still yesterday it was OPEN, and now it is showing future dated. So I think your plan is not changed. When I asked our local exchange they told me that they have done everything from their side but still I am in hanging possition.

    Yes I have to wait for the status to change to provisioned as no I am in UL plan & thus i am getting a restricted speed of 512Kbps, thus after the provisioning I may get 2Mbps & thus I can understand that my plan is changed

    What was your earlier plan?

    You should submit a complaint letter. Use a polite tone. I think that BSNL will consider the matter in your favour.

    now they are saying that let the bill come then we will see whats wrong,

    i have desided that i wont pay them a paisa if they wont remove night usage charge of 1 to 5 th JAN

    Now if u dont pay a Paisa then your net and land line service might be discontinued.
    thats the BSNL way dude.

    well , if you can afford, pay it and get the extra amount adjusted in next bill.

    nope its their mistake for sure !!!

    see, whn iwas not be able to login via portal to see my plan changed or not i called to bsnl office and asked to JTO and SDOT and both told me that my plan is done and ready to use. now its their mistake that they have activated from banglore (main activation centre) on 6th JAN. I wont pay bill till they adjust my service effective date to 1st JAN otherwise i will take newe connection using someone else's name and address

    yes, i played safe first i filed for internt connection online, took 2 printouts of the acknowledgments one submitted @ bsnl office and the other one i got it signed, stamped, dated from the officer to whom i submitted the said copy,

    i followed the same procedure while upgrading the connection too....

    never go for the words wat this officers say, always keep the proofs, with u so that ur stand is clear.

    What they say are all nonsense. Please go to the portal and check: My Orders. There you'll see what plan is currenty active.
