temporarily disable manual tcp/ip settings. let it be automatic. write down the ip values first.

now, disconnect and restart ur modem.
use these commands in that order. restart modem once again.

    IPCONFIG /release
    IPCONFIG /renew
    IPCONFIG /flushdns
    IPCONFIG /registerdns

    R u serious ?
    ok, here goes........
such problems are generally dns related (even open dns may slow down, totally possible. or else he is suffering frm a temporary low speed prob, quite common around these parts of india, in that case nthin can be done, it will be back pretty soon) at first go to network connections> local area> prop>tcp ip settings and set everything to automatic.

now the following commands are to gradually get rid off his entire dns cache and start afresh.

BSNL has been slow for me too ... sometimes rebooting the modem does the trick but for a short period only.

u have a nice clean desktop rupu , u would have fainted if u had seen mine.

anyway, this problem happens to me too around afternoon. maybe due to high traffic density. there is no probs with ur dns then.

When you are not able to access indiabroadband.net try the ip address : 69.162.110.114
and see if the site loads alright and if it does then its most probbably a dns issue and I have just checked the site's DNS and its in good health and have had only 4 hours down time in the last 4 months

Try a different dns and it should work fine if the above mentioned thinggy works for you

Every site has domain name server as well other wise isp's dns wont be able to find the site

    Our forums dns are:
    ns1.indiabroadband.net
    ns2.indiabroadband.net

and the ip address is 69.162.110.114 which can be used to access the site in case dns is down either at the site's end or your isp or open dns if thats what you use.

Please remove that redirection. Its not something you would like if some one did that to your sites.

This hurts a site's ranking atleast on google and thats the only search engine that really matters.
