in october 28 i was apply for my plan change to 250 to ul750+ and the officers of bsnl is very close to me and relative also, he change the plan on my present at the same day and printed out the receipt of plan change, but he doe's not give me the receipt, he keep the reciept in own office, then i call the customer care and ask them that i have apply for plan change when it will activate, they told me after this month it will activate from november 1st then i will surfing from 1st november and i was used about 1 gb on first day of november after that when i open any website a other bsnl website was redirect for the message "YOUR USAGE LIMIT EXCEEDED PLEASE ENTER YOUR ID AND PASSWORD FOR FURTHER USAGE" then i understand that the plan was not change after the october, i go to the bsnl office in 1st december to confirm the plan change and the officer tell me yes your plan is changed and he printed out the plan change status report for any further problem, after then i am used according to ul 750+ from 1st december to till now 10 january(but no messaage was redireted wchich was happen in november) but now i am realising that my plan is not change because of some reason.--- no 1.- the download speed is always 100+kb wchich is 32
for ul750+.
2.in bsnl portal "my orders" is showing starter plan 250
3.in every month (december and january) a message
came to my bsnl mail that you have crossed the usage
limit and if changed your plan ignore this message.
what can i do now please help me, i am very worried about the huge bill there is no bill came till now only the november bill is came according to
home plan250.
