Thread: Slow Downloading speed

Hi

I am having 750 UL plan,I am getting very low download speed 25-30 KB/S
I checked my spped on SpeedTest.Net it shows 320kb/s downloading and 290 kb/s uploading.My downloading speed is so slow?is there any solution?

The speed of Home 750 ul plan is 32 Kilobytes (256 Kilobits). You are getting maximum speed available for this plan. If you want more speed, you have to change the plan to Home 1350 ul, 64 Kilobytes (512 Kilobits) or a limited data transfer plan.
