    Default i am finding the problem from 500c+ to 750ul+

    i applied for a plan change on 29 December through telephone they said me that my plan will be change from 3rd of jan
    as i was not able check my usage on bbservice.bsnl.in i connected them back then i got know my plan will be change from 5th of jan then i got to my plane is changed on 5th even then i was not able to check my usage till 8th and on 9th i found some chargeable unites then i call up 1500 they said my plan was changed i even called 18004241600 they said the same then i felt dought there is some problem again i called (1500) today morning (10th jan ) they said my plan is changed today on 5 and 9th they plane is already changed i want to know what will happen the bill of those 10 day from 1jan to 9 jan and 5jan to 9jan
    say me what to do if i get huge bill

    Its hard to figure out what you wrote without any full stops (.).
    No offense.

    BSNL guys always gives you false info about your plan change, etc. Its always better to go to bbservice.bsnl.in and check My Order for your current plan information and status. Dont use too much internet unless you can confirm it.

    Also note : UL750+ has 256Kbps speed which means you will be able to download at 32 KBps maximum. So you may notice a speed drop.

    just dont do heavy downloading,wait for a week and then try

    Sorry mate Rizwan...no offense... i read through your post twice but i am still not getting u. All i got to know was that BSNL was bullshitting u all the time..which it does..as it is bullshitting me too.They had promised me that they would change my plan to 2 Mbps from 1st Jan which they still havent and now say that they have to contact Banglore HQ to know why the plan hasnt been changed. Note to all : I have already paid the 2 Mbps monthly fee of 3300 for the month of Jan.

    BSNL guys always tries to hide their mistakes. They will most likely deny that they said your plan was changed when you know it wasnt.

    You should be charged in the following way :
    Home 250 for 1st to 9th (9 days) = 250 x 9 / 31 = Rs. 72.58
    Free Usage = 1.5 x 9 / 31 = 445.935 MB
    Chargable above that limit : Rs 0.80 per 1 MB usage

    for the rest of the month : 750 x (31-9) / 31 = Rs. 532.26

    So the total would be added and billed.
