    Its just a warning for crossing the free usage. Dont worry. You posted in the other thread that your plan got change to UL750.

    Please make sure that your current plan is UL750 by logging into bbservice.bsnl.in

    Then check the My Order for details of your current plan.

    if u post a screenshot of the page it will be easier to say.. also tell us if have asked for a new cnnection or a change of broadband plan...

    looks like ur data limit has been crossed,so technically you are not a ul750 user ur still on 500c plan

    regarding the velvet message
    they meant to say ur connection wont be terminated or suspended as u cross the data limit,you will be charged for each mb you use now

    best things is to go to bsnl exchange and ask them explanation y the plan is not changed yet

    i had changed from 500c+ to 750ul+
    and my plane is changed to 750ul+ i have conformed it from bsnl guys
    my question is that i have exceed the free limit when i was in 500c+ from 1st of jan to 9th of jan
    from today i am in 750ul+ plane

    so i want to know weather i will charged for the days from 1st of jan to 9th of jan in 500c+ or in 750ul+

    yes you will be.
    suppose you have applied for plan change on 1st jan 2009 and your plan shows provisioned on 8 jan 2009 then from 1st to 7 th Jan you are in 500c+ plan.
    from 8th Jan onwards you are in UL 750 plan.

    so 1-7 is under HOME 500 and hence you will be charged.


    No matter what BSNL people say, unless and until your status on portal is not provisioned it means you are in old plan n will be charged accordingly.
