    which plan you use?

    download speed = conn speed/8

Eg if u have 256kbps net then download speed = 256/8

    Which plan in BSNL ?
I don't think at the moment your modem has any problem 150KBps mean 150*8=1200kbps speed not bad at all BSNL always not provide 2 mbps speed specially in night unlimited time and also it depend on the area i think you can check your speed at speedtest site

    you may use downloader

like my download accelerator plus or DAP it rocks

downloads from 4 servers at once, so the speed touches to 40kbps at my plce..

thats what i see for you question..njoy!

Presume you are using Dialer to connect.
    Start Network LAn properties
    tcp/ip
    properties.
    enter
    192.168.1.10
    255.255.255.0
    192.168.1.1
    Apply /Save.
    confirm modem page/s are accessed.

    2. Give details of your Ethernet card.
