When its broadband, beware of the fact that people at the other side are humans too..
and when you are changing the plan, it would be gr8 to be very cautious of whats happening at your account,i mean, dont be just ok that your plan has been changed,,
in the forum i see everyday, many people complaining of that they changed the plan but at the side of the broadband isp the things werent done official..
i wont say that the consumers were fool, i will say it happens with everyone..but the right one are always cautious..
when you apply for a plan change please check the following:
1. you got a complete reciept of the account's officer(aka your sarve-sarva)
2. you didnt got a hand written chit with no explaination( shocking but true, many got this)
3. dont think that blah-blah-blah engi. or line-man was your knower(they fool too)
4. dont be too smart and impatient to work onlineeven without checking that things have infact changed on your account portal or not( take a pic of the website)
5. try to include a cheque and not cash at all moments, and please make a copy of the statements (just a Rupee wont count 100billion on your account i think)
6. dont download much if you are suspicious somewhere at any part of mind( sometimes you have intutions, so just check your account in portal)
7. dont be joyous!!!
atlast i convey my greetings to all of them, who are working on their respective plans...
alas! i convey my sadness for those who missed the above tricks and were a$$ kicked...but time is not low, go and work on monetory issues with the local JE and line man and that really works....![]()
