Thread: How do I get the bill settled if it is calculated as being feared?

Its a request to senior members and others who are aware of the situation in which I am,that is my plan has been change to 750ul+,I had verified it has changed from 4th jan,but now on the portal,its showing that it has been billed to 10th jan,and from 11th usage shown is nill.

sorry to tell you in an assertive and firm (but not hard) please dont post new threads as it creates unwilling situation for the readers, a downing of your own repo...

for your problem, i can say is if you have the correct printed (or even hand written statement by the accounts officer) and that shows that you confirmed at 4 jan with the plan change..

than who the f**** can have hands on you>??>?????


dont be so afraid...cool down....dont shout at the BSNL offices as you already have done when you needed the connection...
BSNL is govt. agency..they have their ways..assaulting BSNL guys ( or any govt official) at worl is a crime, (read IPS ki vividh Dharaein and also govt. offices handrule if you have one with you.)

meet the accounts officers..your line man(whom you once forced to work on the lines)
be firm but not collar-catch to these guys...but be cool...

noone is jailed for no reasons....

i think you must make a move now before the things actually gets started...


i think if you make the bill ok now it wont be problematic...and once you got a printed leaflet, its the thing which is being audited thousands of times in the govt. offices...

getting a printed official document to be done(i think you can understand what i mean) is big challenge here in India...because once a bill is signed it goes to many places for audition and the revenue department checks it,,..


so try to alter changes in the bill by now...

so pal exactly how did u confirm ur plan change anyway ??

i recommended wait for the bill, if its ok then fine , other wise make a complain they ll correct it ( but might take some effort though )
