    Unhappy Modem exchange

    Wanna exchange my modem to Wifi enabled one. Do they reduce the cost when i give the older ones back to them?

    Not sure. Please inquire at the exchange. If the modem is more than a year old, then certainly there is no rebate.

    its nealry 2 1/2 years older. what can be done? ny suggestions to sell outside?

    Yes. You can try to sell it. But it may be hard to find buyers. Try BSNL first and check whether any rebate is possible.
