Thread: change of plan problem

during last week of december, i submitted an application at the BSNL office for plan change form home 500c to home UL 750. So by 1st of january i starting downloading stuff from the net thinking my plan had been changed, i later found out form the BSNL portal, that my plan ws not confirmed till 5th of january and i ws charged for the usage till 5th, till that time i had downloaded around 1GB of data which is under the limit of free downloading as per the 500c plan. Home UL 750 was provisioned according to the portal..

Will BSNL charge me for that 1GB of data i downloaded during 1st 5 days of january??
