I cannot stop myself writing again about the speedy and up-to-mark customer service provided by BSNL Faridabad, Haryana circle. This is my 4th encounter with BSNL customer care in last 2 years and it's been a wonderful experience so far
My ADSL BB connection broke down on 7th Jan 09', I booked an online complaint from my office using link:
//mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
On 8th Jan 09' I received a call from local exchange JE and he assured me to fix the issue very same day and to my surprise they send 2 lineman around 3.00 pm and they fixed the issue. BB started working like a fly
Now comes the best part, on 9th Jan I received 3 calls from BSNL customer care (2 from BSNL Faridabad CC and 1 from BSNL Ambala head office) following up whether complaint is addressed or not?
So, guys from all my 4 experience with BSNL, I am sure that if a complaint is booked using online facility then it is addressed quickly coz it is monitored by some central complaint redressal team.
