Default Can DC work for BSNL???

Friends i live in Ulhasnagar (thane). I use BSNL Home UL 750 Plan. i hardly get a downloading speed of 10KB/s n m tired of complaining to BSNL guys .
For P2P i get around 25KB/s.
Now my ?n is that is it possible to use DC++ for BSNL. n if yes then any1 with the prescribed instructions and IPs for that will be appreciated.
thanx.

Hi I am very near by 2 you. I get average 92 kBbs (Home 500C). It seems really ok as per your plan and the infrastructure of BSNL in our area.
