Thread: UT300R2U Configuration

How can I configure my UT300R2u modem/router in such a way that t connects to the internet as soon as i switch it on?

Option 1:
If you know how to access the modem settings,
brief details. ( for new Ut300R2U)
go the WAN settings page.
Uncheck "bridged"
Select ppp/PPPoE next
a new page will appear
enter userid ( without @ bsnl.in )
enter password. etc
Save and reboot.
Wait for two minutes.

First i went to 192.168.1.1
I changed my settings to those in the pictures
So am i done now?

Seems OK, as you have posted a message here!
Anyway
You have to confirm!!!
presume you took Option 1.
restart computer + modem
and see you are connected to
the Internet without using a Dialer.
