Default How do you reset password

I have a DNA-A211-I ADSL2+ Modem. It went fo repair by BSNL and they exchanged it for another. Now I cannot access the user settings on the modem as the default user name and password were changed by the previous user. BSNL are unable to help. How can I reset the password?

    Thanks

    Pradeep

Do a RESET of the modem. There will be a RESET pin hole at the back panel. Power ON the modem and using a toothpick or matchstick, press the RESET button for 20 seconds or more. The LEDS will flash quickly once the reset is done.

    1. All old configurations settings will be lost from router
    2. The router's login/password will be reset to admin/admin
    3. You will have to do all the configurations again

make sure that you are not pressing reset button for more than 30 seconds coz it may dammage your modem and don't reset your modem on regular basis.

    yes really, it is true..
if you keep on resetting your modem on regular basis then it breaks your modem and one fine day you will find power light as amber and it will stop resetting

reset means hard reset (pin hole press karnae wala)

aaj ghar ja kar 10-15 reset maar do 1min each walae... kal naya modem/router milega
