IBB is not opening i am trying to open the site almost from 30 min ago some times it hardly opening the index page but when i am trying to open section just 'network timeout' even some times index page is not opening but i check at least 8-9 sites in this time all are opening as usual.

i have tried it but i am getting only little difference(little better) using opendns actually i noticed few sites are not opening properly(IBB one of them) few are opening normally.I am posting any reply after 2-3 attempt from last night most of the time 'network timeout' or 'page can't display'.
