Lets say that i have BB 1350 UL plan and now my friend has BB500 plan..
my friend asks me user name and password so that he can use it and enjoy unlimited plan and instead he'll gives his user name and password so i can enjoy night unlimited 2 - 8 at 2mbps!!!.

    It is 100% illegal
you can not share your username and password with anyone, you can share internet connection only if you are living in same appartment/home/property (household) but should not be a TENANT, can not share it with any friend too.

Many new BSNL BB connections are port bound, i.e., they will work on the telephone line that is linked to the plan. So you may not be able to use someone else's connection.

    And yes. IT IS ILLEGAL.

If you are discovered, you (and your friend, if he aiding and abaiting), both will loose your connection and a criminal case could be filed against you in the court of law. So it is not worth the risk.

    @idea
One Telephone Line and Two BB A/C accounts
    1.
    Normally not possible
In this case the telephone numbers will be different.

2.Assuming both IDs with different tariff plans allotted
    by BSNL, can activate
    ONLY ONE ACCT account
    in Dialup mode .

    Para two:
Enabled Officially to be used one @ a Time .. Possible??
    3. unlikely. If allowed, with a SINGLE MODEM
one at a time in DIALER mode only.

4.Reason : IN WAN page , not possible to have two vpi/vci
/entries viz 0 and 35, to enter userID and password. of both user accts.

    EXTRA info.
5.Cannot combine speeds of two BB connections

6.Billing can be a problem. Assuming BSNL will show usage
of both accts ( tariff plans rent/extra usage/)and merge in the bill.

7.Better to have accts of different ISP's. ( say Airtel and BSNL) and use a single modem .

    Thanks for revert and clearing.

Dose this mean one connection @ a Time ? using same modem.

Suppose i have two modem and two different service providers, then i can use both connections simultaneouly and combine speed using bridging of connection, is it?

All HOme plans are single user plan, which means they cannot be shared!
Its against Terms & Condition of BSNL.

you can have BB plan from different service providers connected to a single proxy server. You can then use your machine to connect to internet through this proxy servery. In the proxy server, you can do load balancing so that you get the best of all the BB connections. I do know its possible in Linux and had done it once couple of years back.

Yes. Many corporate houses and IT Co. use this method and have multiple Connections to take care of sudden surges in bandwidth requirements as well as a "redundency" against failure of one particular connection at the most inappropriate moment.
But putting that in a Home environment may be too expensive

    Home use :
Assuming one ISP A speed 1Mbps and
ISP' B speed is 4 Mbps
connect modem 1 to lan port
connect modem 2 to USB port or wi fi
Speed will not add up when downloading from a single web site. if one fails other will take over.

Not really, yes it might be a bit expensive if a single home user, but for people who are dedicated professionals fully working from home it might be a big help. It really depends on the usage that its put into i guess

You can use only one Username and password with one particular Numeber because that particular user name and password is Bind to that particular port.

And if the user name and password is not Bind then u can use that u/n ans pwd anyware in india with in particular network .

There are some complications which i would like to point:

    * You should need a separate box to add as a proxy server(It can be a router or PC), and it needs to be power on at all times.

*Generally, Proxy are used for 2 or more nodes.

    * Its not a required and economical for home users to maintain this kind of networks.
