Default connecting the Printer to router port (DNA - A211-I).

Can I connect the Printer through the router(DNA - A211-I). Or do i've to go for Ethernet switch to connect. I've Laptop on wifi and desktop on lan port No1. I'm planning to have the printer to be shared on both through router if possible.

Admin / Just4kix can u help me?

Does your router have more than one ethernet (RJ45) port? If, yes, you can connect it at one of the ports.

I too have done the same thing.

I have an Ethernet enabled printer - HP 6200 AIO Photo printer. I have connected it directly to the WRT54G wireless router. I am able to print from desktop and laptop.
