Hello friends

Whenever I play the games like QUAKE 3 , CS 1.6 or AOE 2
I lost my game to my very high pings .

I've also tried OPEN DNS ,but it didn't have much effect on ping.

Is there any other way to reduce d pings.

opendns doesnt improve online gaming.

Try putting your Modem in "Fast Path" mode instead.

I always get better pings in this settings, but i don't have a set way to this my modem in "Fast Path". it happens at random.

Can you explain what Fast Path mode is?

buddy, there are two types of modes

*Fast Path
*Interleaved mode

Depending on whether you are using your modem in bridged/router mode, the ping to the first/second hop will give you an idea about the mode in which you are operating in.

< 15ms implies fast path, 23ms+ implies interleaved.
