Thread: Bsnl portal is not updating amount used from 15th jan.

when i tried to check the account usage in both portals i am not getting updated information from 15th jan. I think there is aproblem again with bsnl portals......

it happens quite often... nothing to worry about or atleast i can say nothin can be done about it..

Yes i also noticed that today i check my usage same story what you say I think don't need to worry i hope this time they will update the page quickly.

I am getting no usage record for Jan 09' in bbservice.bsnl.in

this is ansar .i cant find usage in bbservice.bsnl.in or by using bsnl usage finder.
In bbservice.bsnl.in,i get message like"No Usage Records Found For JAN-2009" and in BSNL Broadband usage finder 1.3 i get nessage like "object varaiable or bloak variable not set"
please someone help me out..please ya

I am facing the same problem. After login nothing come up, only blank screen
