    Red face modem type??

    how can find which modem type has BSNL given me, i have been using broadband for around 1 year, i never noticed it, only after i reading posts of other people i realize i dont knw which type modem i am using, my modem or router name is ZTE ZXDSL 831AII.
    plz guide

    i checked the site, it looks like UT-300R2, bt the model name is different, can i figure out which type i have from the phone bill??

    yes you can but your modem is Type -I

    yes i search it now from other user of that modem
    check it
    setting openDNS in ZTE ZXDSL 831AII modem

    1. Type-I: 1 Ethernet port + 1 USB port
    2. Type-II: 1 Ethernet port + Wi-Fi
    3. Type-III: 4 Ethernet ports
    4. Type-IV: 4 Ethernet ports + Wi-Fi

    Modem UT-300R2 is from the manufacturer UTSTARCOM

    Sorry, It's Type-IV: 4 Ethernet ports + Wi-Fi.
