8. uncheck all other applications
while d/l from torrents site.

here is the result of speedtest

city = Fredrick,MD,USA
D-speed = 834Kbps
U-speed = 204Kbps
Ping = 279ms

My BSNL plan is Home 250 with 2mbps D-speed.

But I never get the speed listed in the speedtest even while torrent downloading nor while playing Online games.
