The maximum u can download with 500c plan is 1.5 gb during daytime.. if u exceed that limit u have to pay 80p / mb extra...

what u wanna choose home 500c/UL 1350 depends on how much u download...

If download a lot during daytime then UL 1350 is better otherwise use 500c

Now when you wrote then obviously you can understand Home 500C and UL 1350 has big difference in rental so UL 1350 has some extra facility(day usage & constant speed). Now in case of heavy file downloading in day time you have to pay lots of money in plan 500C if you cross your usage limit(1.5 GB) in home 500C then for an extra 1 GB you have to pay 819.20 Rs (1024 *0.80) it's huge. So if you want to download heavy file in a day time then i will recommend you UL 1350 (if it's affordable to you) otherwise you can take Home 500C or Home 1000 according to you usage limit and download in night.
Now in case of speed i can say only in UL 1350 you should get 512 kbps
but in Home 500C speed is 256 kbps - upto 2 mbps now i can say most of the limited user are getting almost 1-2 mbps speed but it all depend on area(may be you can say luck because recently few user are not getting enough speed in night UL) so you can't guarantee of that 2 mbps but still I think this is the better plan.
