Thread: Plan: UL 750 Plus

Hey I am getting charged around 950Rs or so for 750 UL plan I don't even have the phone hooked up and i own the modem. Is this right? I feel they are ripping me off. I am in Warangal, AP by the way.

Contact your accounts officer if u are feeling that u are being ripped off..

the most annoying thing is the customer care folks are not able to answer my queries properly

I traces the usage using a third party software.
I used advanced network monitor to track the usage of internet for one single day (24hrs)

I found out that the usage logged in the BSNL usage portal was 100MB more than wat i tracked

I spoke to them but they said tat they are monitoring it for years and they cannot accept tat there is an issue with it :-(

So just left it off
