hi every body

two days before i gave a written application to the customer care service
for changing my broadband plan form home 250
to 500c

can anybody tell me how i see that my plan has changed or not

first in bbservice.bsnl.in i used to see my plan showing 250
but in this new site data.bsnl.in i cannot view my existing plan details
so plz help me on this matter

If you had given the application
recently change will take place
from 1st of Feb 2009.

Dont say later Only BSNL will change and you have to confirm it.
Don't start heavy downloads during NU period,
without confirming the plan has been changed.
See under My Orders.
Sometimes the portal may not be accessible.
TRY either.

As speed is upto 2Mbps for both plans,
cannot confirm
by increase or decrease in speed.

Only another 8 days left. this month . .

I also changed my plan from 250 2 500C still showing 250 at BSNL site but bill revd with all charges for plan 500C as follows:

adv rent for Jan 2009 : 250 (old plan)
adv rent feb-mar 09 : 1000 (new plan)

Note I applied for plan chg in Dec bill (recd in Jan 09) has all such detail, though my plan is going 2 chg fm 1st feb 09 (hopefully) and the chgs are already appearing in the bill.

the plan is always changed on the 1st of the mont if u have giving the application after the 10th
if u have given it before then it will be changed in the same month

chk on the portal in user details u will find in order satus as provisioned

see one of the post on this site the person has explained the change in the plans

firstly i tell u that plan change is effects from month's first day secondly you can enquire ur plan from the customer care number or ask from ur nearest exchange

Like mentioned by others i would suggest u wait until Feb to start using the free time options. Its better to be safe than be sorry later especially with BSNL.
