    Unhappy billing of broadband

    hey guys the bill i received this time is quite un-understandable
    i have the usage stated in it as exceeding by about 2626mb but in the usage in the bsnl portal shows just over buy around 300 mb
    plz tell me wat the problem if anybody understands :47:
    Chargable Units Excluding Night Unlimited(KB) is 5557362
    i hve H1000 plan that means 5120 free plz help

    There is porbably some mistake in BSNL billing. Maybe they have the wrong details.

    Please post a screenshot of your usage details.

    i also faced that kind of situtation on my 1st bill in november 2008 but i wont go to the BSNL office the adjusted all the faults in next months bill.....

    this problem is from the bsnl billing department. you can discuss with the A O of bsnl for this.
    that may help you

    the AO say u have to pay the bill u used it
    we said that on the net is is showing just a few mbs above but they say that it may be wrong out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    that AO guys don' even know that how to open that page where data usage comes up......they actually dont have any technical knowledge.....when i went to my localities office to get the portal id they said go to head office nd when i went to HO they said go to ur zone office......i mean WT* is that.............

    Please remove the link(for your security) in that particularly image your account id & and user name is visible which is not good for your BB account security first edit this image(hide the account id & user name) in paint and upload it then paste the link in site.

    when u started the connection.......if it was in october or in november than it was the same problem that i faced in that time......i started my service from october.......

    Most of the connections are being port bound and hence even if the credentials are known, no one can misuse them.

    on which date you had this downloaded ?

    and tell me your service effective date from portal too.

    Get in touch with the nearest internet exchange and ask for logs of data usage. Billing is done according to it. BSNL uses a separate portal for billing purposes.
