At first upload your image at any uploading image site like tinypic or anything
copy the url from there and paste the url in your post and write before & after the url " [IMG] [/IMG]"

I just one thread but it is not uploaded with 4 image file

this is the exact method i follow ... try using uploadhouse.com for this purpose ...
