Smile How the billing of broadband is done

Billing of broadband is done in two different ways monthly and yearly

a./in yearly option u have to pay ur total amount=10*per month ur plan cost
but usage charge beyond limit is chargable.

B./ 2nd is monthly option in this ur charged monthly the main problem in monthly option is that if u want change ur plan in between the month say on 09 or 10 of that particular month and u gave the application for plan change then ur plan will effect from the next month .
One more important thing if u gave the application for any activity(mainly plan change) then it will take effect from 1 to 5 of every month and give the application of plan change from 20 to 30 th of every month.

****** if u want to take new connection and u want hul750 and hul750c+ then never take in month end because they charge for the full month even if u take on 27,28,29 of that month***********

    thanks

Must be happening with BSNL only.
With Reliance, whenever I have applied for a change in plan etc., I have been billed accordingly from when the new plan becomes active, irrespective of the billing cycle.
