I was paying Rs. 199/- as fixed monthly charge for gprs on my postpaid mobile. Now they have increased it by Rs.50/- This is purely bullshit.Guess I will have to forego this facility. In any case, this facility does'nt work most of the time.

BSNL offers free sancharnet cards in selected telecom circles for two months validity.
Have this as standby. Only phone calls charged.
1030PM to 0700AM pulse rate 15 minutes. one call.

IMO,they should make Dial-up access free of cost excluding call charge.

BSNL is looking forward for internet penetration by distributing Sancharnet cards free with telephone bills. This is applicable in one state only (i dont remember which one, i think its UP).

Totallyfandu had posted the circular one week back.

2. Punjab Telecom Circle
3. Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle
4. Madhya Pradesh Telecom Circle
5. Chennai Telecom District
6. Kolkata Telecom District
