I am extremely pissed of with BSNL right now... I have got my internet almost down (I am only getting 10 kbps while I am on 512 kbps unlimited plan) for the last 5 days.. the bsnl people are only saying that there are server problems and it should be resolved soon.. its been 5 days and its not yet resolved or nothing is done.. it took me 10 mins to open indiabroadband in a 512 kbps unlimited plan paying 1350 monthly.. what is TRAI and BSNL doing for customer service... I shouted at all BSNL employees for the first two days and the high officials of BSNL even came to my house and apologized.. but it is still not done and they are not sure when the extremely slow speed and their server problems will be resolved... I was with Sify and much happier than this **** BSNL .. they are not sure even after 5 days of their service being down that when will the speed problem be resovled.. are we in the stone age or something where repairing the lines and servers take so much time.. what should I do friends .. I am really pissed off and I cannot think of doing anything
The BSNL people telll they are helpless and can do nothing about the server and line problems.. are they there at the BSNL offices to show their a**es and nothing else .. I am really irritated .. I tried everything I could as I know most things myself.. I tried removing DNS, changing to Opendns and then DNS Advantage.. I bypassed the router and directly connected one of my laptop to the modem... I changed the modem to check if that makes any difference... I removed all firewalls, antiviruses and did all possible steps that I can do to tweak the connection ... but still the speedtest results are only 10 - 20 kpbs.... I am really growing mad and these uneducated illiterate BSNL people does not know anything properly too... the high official who came to my place did not have proper technical knowledge even and he told that there are some faults with the line and they are checking it... WTF does it take 5 days to check line faults.. when I call the BSNL helpline they say BSNL is facing problem in all over India ... some other BSNL people give other kind of ****.. they are saying the whole of BSNL lines in my city have to be changed with new lines as the old lines are acting faulty... are the BSNL people a**holes or something ??? .. I am staying in Guwahati right now (I was in Delhi previously with Airtel and Sify) and when I tell the BSNL that I have never even had one day of downtime with Sify they simply give the most f**king reply that Guwahati is a **** place and I should not compare it to Delhi.... I am getting really pissed off with the amount of time I am losing due to this bullshit guys... The worst part is that Guwahati is a pathetic **** place (I was born here and so do not think it regionalism) in terms of internet connection.. There is no other unlimited broadband service provider in the whole of Guwahati (In Delhi I used to have a number of choices including Airtel, Tata, Reliance, MTNL, Sify amongst a host of other small ones too) except the shitty BSNL... I am really frustated now with no internet for 5 days ... all my online works have almost stopped and I do not know what to do except wait to see if and when it will be resolved... please tell me what should I do ... I also contacted the highest officers of BSNL at Guwahati directly and they also do not know when it would be resolved... It was even more irritating when I asked the other day to the customer service that will a whole year be taken for this to be resolved and they say that they don't think it should take a year (it pissed me off like anything) but they cannot commit when it would be resolved as it is a technical problem... are technical problems not resolved and they are trying to give me that bullshit... I have worked for international companies in their technical departments and the fastest resolution of every technical problem with awesome customer satisfaction was the first thing in mind for us .... and this BSNL people are saying that they are not sure of when it will be resolved.. its been 5 days and nothing has been done .... what should I do now?
