Thread: Dont take unlimited plan in month end

U have to charge for full month in u take unlimited plan in months end . Only in unlimited plans

I have no idea. May be it is true. I have chaned from 250 to 500C but BSNL is still to change the plan. The plan will be effective only from the next billing cycle and not in between the billing cycle. May be the plan change is done circle to circle differently.

In all the circles it is done in the same way. If a subscriber applies for plan change in the month of Jan, the same will be done in the first week on the next month ie in Feb.

what i am saying just understand i am telling about new CONNECTION dont take in month end and if u take in months end if it is provisioned on 28 then u have to charge for full month only in case of unlimited plan . suppose u get bb on 28 and bill come on 5 of next month then u have to pay for full previous month according to ur plam .AND I AM NOT TELLING ABOUT PLAN CHANGE I AM TELLING ABOUT NEW CONNECTION FOR UNLIMITED PLAN

You have no control for new connection. It all depends when BSNL has the CPE, ports, etc. Then they send a request to NIB for account creation. So if you submit an application today (end of the Month), it may take 3/4 weeks. So it will be again end of month.

I think this is baseless comment.It's totally out of control of user no one can say exactly how much time BSNL will take to change the plan.For Calcutta telephones some time they takes 10 to 15 days some times 25-30 days.So no one will know when the plan will change

How can that happen ? That would amount to cheating.I don't thing a government agency would do that.You should complain to them.
My first ISP was MTNL, the counterpart of BSNL in Mumbai & I don't recollect any unfair billing practice.

what i want to tell u that instead of taking in that month ends i.e. on 27,28,29 take in next month tell them install on 1 st of next month otherwise we complain that why i get full month bill and u install BB on 27,28,29 .if u want to give money that usage than there is no problrm
