Question BSNL DataCard, when?
BSNL does not have data card in maharashtra circle yet. Does anybody know when they are launching it? Airtel, reliance etc cards are very expensive so we are waiting for BSNL data cards.They introduced WLL based cards which was big flop.When are they coming with GSM based cards?

BSNL does not offer GSM data cards ANYWHERE in India.
ALL BSNL data cards are WLL (CDMA/CDMA-EVDO) only.
Even Reliance & TATA offer CDMA data cards only.

The EVDO service launched by BSNL was a major hit amongst download buffs. But shared IP dampened their experience with Rapidshare and private trackers.

Default Gsm data card
no yaar GSM data card is now available in BSNL, BSNL only, the data speed is 115kbps with GPRS and 230 kbps with edge(on normal traffic(4 slots 4 data)) and for less traffice it will rise to 144 in gprs and 384 with edge, you can really experience it
