Rep Power: 2 | i am using 500c+ plan. From last few days when i try to login i usually get error message saying "username/password not valid in this domain". But after few hours i am able to login.Some times it take days. what should i do? please help............. |

Rep Power: 2 | BSNL suggest us to use pppoe mode and not bridge mode to avoid 676, 678, 691 and 718 errors. here the 691 error code indicate your problem. that is invalid userid and password. |
