login problem

Default login problem

i am using 500c+ plan.
From last few days when i try to login i usually get error message saying "username/password not valid in this domain". But after few hours i am able to login.Some times it take days.
what should i do?
please help.............

4.Try "Always On" mode instead of "Bridged" Dialer mode.

The error usually crops up when some kind of work is being done of the exchange machinery. Sometimes when the machinery cannot handle requests due to overloads, then also the error shows up. Thats why u are able to login after sometime.

One of the alternative method would be to delete the existing broadband connection (in network connections) and create a new broadband connection using the new connection wizard.

BSNL suggest us to use pppoe mode and not bridge mode to avoid 676, 678, 691 and 718 errors. here the 691 error code indicate your problem. that is invalid userid and password.

yes it was working fine in last past months.

arond 700mtr from exchange

nokia siemens c2100.

4. did you try "always On" mode ?

6. Check whether settings are correct here.
Firmware Upg if needed.
C2110 (Type-A) ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

7.When connection is ,
access your usage portal with 14digit ID
and PW. Go to Change Password Page.
Renter present UserId's password.

8. Check again. if still problem
Post SNR/ATTN/Mod selected/Line speed from modem
status page.
9. Post ipconfig/all data
Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all

Just change ur password

of internet service connection and portal password

and configure modem in bridge mode this will help u
