Sir,
Kindly refer to this office letter of even no. dated 30-12-2008 on
the above noted subject.
In this regard, it is clarified that Rs.500/- average monthly bill
mentioned in para 2 of this office letter of even no. dated 30-12-2008
includes fixed monthly charges (FMC) for landline and usage charges
for landline only. Other charges such as Broadband, Netone, etc
should not be included in the average bill for provision of rent free
landline connection

One suggestion to the mods. Totallyfandu seems to be the first person in the forum to get access to BSNL records and circulars long before they are published. How about aggregating all these separate threads into one. Something termed BSNL circulars. Hence members can look at the particular thread and know the latest offerings from BSNL.

I precisely remember essbebe starting a thread for the same purpose, but i cannot find it now.

(a)Probably clarification of "RENT FREE" ADDITIONAL phone given to L/L users, if their average bill has exceeded around Rs 500 or Rs 1000/=

(b)My friend got an extra telephone/number like this almost 1 or 2 years back. without installation charges/recurring monthly bill.

ONLY INCOMING CALLS
NO OUTGOING calls/ Or Broadband/ or phone rent/!
No installation charges/ addl instrument given

totallyfandu was warned many times. Admin, Smoothvibes and I sent him PMs not to post useless info. He even apologised but yet continued.

He received 5 infraction in all - 2 yellow and 3 red for blind posting. I do not know whether he was deliberately doing it or he does not understand forum principles. I have given him benefit of the doubt and banned him for 7 days.
