SNR Margin is high and Line Attenuation is low - this is excellent.

Try configuration in PPPoE mode and again run the diagnostics. Paste the results here. Your results should look like these

Test the connection to your local network
    Test your ENET(1-4) Connection: PASS
Test your USB Connection: ... <this can be ignored if you are not using USB> ...

Test the connection to your DSL service provider
    Test ADSL Synchronization: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: PASS

Test the connection to your Internet service provider
    Test PPP server connection: PASS
    Test authentication with ISP: PASS
Test the assigned IP address: PASS
    Ping default gateway: PASS
Ping primary Domain Name Server: PASS
    What do the above mean?
Test ADSL Synchronization: PASS means that ADSL line is OK

Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: PASS
The ATM OAM Ping feature sends an ATM Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) packet to confirm the connectivity of a specific permanent virtual circuit (PVC). The status of the PVC is displayed when a response to the OAM packet is received. The ATM OAM Ping feature allows the network administrator to verify PVC integrity and facilitates ATM network troubleshooting.

Test PPP server connection: PASS means that your modem is able to connect to server that authenticates you
Test authentication with ISP: PASS means that your authentication is verified
Test the assigned IP address: PASS means that ISP is able to assign an IP address to you and your network connection is established
Ping default gateway: PASS (self explanatory)
Ping primary Domain Name Server: PASS (self explanatory)

Please try resetting the modem. Reset button can be found behind the modem. Press the button for 10 secs atleast before releasing it. And reconfigure it according to The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL

Thanks you all for help, now my connection is working fine.
I think it was some problem from Exchange side, Though I have reconfigured modem after reseting it yesterday, it didn't work yesterday but today it is working.

does it affect connection when the following occurs:

Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: FAIL
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: FAIL

though dese are failed im able to connect but my ADSL restarts every 5 or 10 mins.. Is it the cause of disconection and if so wats de way to clear it ???????
