Make sure that this port which u have mentioned in your post, 28062 is properly forwarded in the modem or in the firewall software (if used) in your pc. Besides public trackers tend to give slower speeds than their private counterparts. U can use TrackerChecker to find out which private trackers are open for registration.

plz set your port number by randomly choosing it till it gets above 52,000. always keep your port number above 52,000.

Please use PortForward.com - Automatically forward your ports with PFconfig. or PortForward.com - Automatically forward your ports with PFconfig. to forward your ports.

Speed of torrents are dependent upon public tracker downloads and private tracker downloads. Private trackers generally give good speeds of the order of 180+ kBps and you will be able to clock more than 4.5GB in a single night.

I usually do not try to post in threads,
concerning torrents, as i have never used them.

Port forwarding in general is involved,
and the new UTSTAR 3002R2U is mentioned,: ,

it is not possible to select PF options in this router.

Only solution is to apply latest Beetel 220BX/110bX1
FW for this model at your OWN RISK

    Compare Board ID./CFE loader.
