Rep Power: 2 | no thats for msn messenger, i feel the ports are causing the porblem im really frustrated and dont knoe what to do......i sat up the whole night finding a solution, and still.......the same ERROR |

Rep Power: 12 | Update IE latest is Ie8RC1. Better update to IE7. Sometimes some interlinked files are corrupt. Can you use OE or Outlook ? Do you have XP OS Installation CD ?
