Thread: help needed in plan change query

hi everbody

i am using 250 plan. but on 22 of jan i applied for plan change to 500c
but till now i donot know that my plan has changed or not
when seeing my data limit i tracked my order status first it was showing 250 plan provisioned but from yesterday onward sit is showing tthis 500c provision and effective date is 1/2/09
i have posted a pic of that see that and tell me that my plan has changed or not

Where the pic is posted???? I was having 250 plan and applied for change to 500c in 1st week of Jan 09 till yesterday may ordr was showing 253 provisioned but today showing 500c provisioned

i mdonot know how to post the pic plz tell me i will postit right now

hope sombody will help as iam also new. my adivise is wait till ur plan is 500c provisioned before heavy download during night 2-8

1.At first you check in BSNL dataone site http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ what the the status is showing
2.confirm it from BSNL local exchange(for extra checking) and please contact with them because lot of user has face similar problem.
Please attach the image file from attachments option.
Yes it's look your plan has been changed from 1/2/09
but still i will recommended you to verify it again from exchange and Customer care unit before starting night download

The provisioned status besides the H500c itself suggests that u have been migrated to H500c.

As per the policy followed by BSNL, any request for plan change is effected from the first of the following month. Since u have given the request in january, its expected to be changed w.e.f. 1st feb only.
The provisioned status in the portal also supports this.
however, if in doubt, pl. visit the exchange and talk to the concerned person, the intranet of BSNL would show the exact status.
