    torrent clients like bitlord, bitcomet provide an option for a special extension of files till they get completed. this extension safeguards the file from being detected as any malicious software and to be used by other torrent clients. for example - you can use the .bc extension option in case of bitcomet. all files will have this extension till they are fully downloaded. this will soleve your problem IMO

    hmmmm ok...i'll try that....and also would the download speed be affected if i connect through usb???

    no download speed won't be affected if you connect properly using usb. infact what i have seen, usb connections are more stable.

    USB connection tends to make the PC slightly sluggish. I have experienced this myself and on a couple of other PCs.
