    Exclamation Please Help, I Got a Huge Bill form BSNL.

    I am in big Trouble.
    Today I got my bsnl bill.
    Rs.22,000

    I have bsnl dataone 500plan
    Data downloaded excluding night unlimited 2500 MB
    Other 22000MB (Only in Night)

    On 1 Dec 2008 I upgraded my plan from home 250 plan to Home 500 plan

    1MB=0.80 paise (if exceed 2.5GB limit)

    Please help if they charged me wrong or I don't understand something.

    Now I am afrad for Jan 2009 bill Coming Soon.

    Please Guide Me. What to do.

    *First Verify your plan was indeed changed from BSNL
    *Second, check for unauthorized use
    *Look in usage records and find which plan you are billed under

    dont take tension if u didnt use it then there is no problem . if any person other than use it then u can easily trace it. if billing is done wrong then also u can solve the problem

    Get in touch with your Account Officer. He is the one who takes care of billing for your account. And only he can sort the matter out and issue u a new revised telephone bill.

    I checked and There is No Record Found.

    On BSNL Portal in "My Order" tab.........
    I typed my phone no. then user id which i use to log in to internet
    Is it correct step.

    Check your portal what the usage charge given in the time of 2:00 to 8:00 AM
    is it zero and write down the usage of Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited is it also below the 2560 MB if both are present in record that mean your plan has changed at that condition your bill will be defiantly revised and you don't have to pay huge money other wise you have to pay it.

    If its BSNL's billing error, they might issue a modified bill. In some cases they ask u to pay the amount and then they will credit the amount to your account for the coming months.

    dont panic.i had d same situation recently. one important thing u must check is to find out ur ussage data for d said month. if it is within d limit(i.e below 2.5GB excluding night unlimited) pl make an application to AO,TRA. they will definitly correct d same.

    are all usage records on the checking site empty?

    If yes, and demand the logs from BSNL

    It is impossible that all records for ur bill is empty u told exchange people that they see in their u/n and password they can see it by using ur telephone no. or told them to bring the details of ur usage from noc .

    yes , there data.bsnl.in portal shows me nothing . No record Found.
    But i tried the other website which shows me the usage. bbservice.bsnl.in

    BSNL uses another private portal for billing. U can request for the usage from the nearest internet exchange.

    Then why your bill shows wef 12th DEC 2008 ?
    ( Probably a fresh connection under Home 250 ?)

    ANY plan tariff change takes effect from 1st of the
    following month.

    The usage page you have shown is it
    for DEC 2008 or Jan 2009 ?
    Dates have been blanked.

    You applied on 1st Dec, but did not
    confirm in usage portal ?

    Show December usage page with dates.
    Night usage will be accounted.

    for DEC 2008 or Jan 2009 ?

    Default The picture above is of DEC.

    The picture above is of DEC. month. I applied on 25 or 27 NOV nearly.
    Plan should be started on 1st DEC or 3rd DEC.

    Picture above is telling Total usage.

    4 Dec ....5 Dec.... 6 Dec on these NIGHT why they don't count the night usage.

    Probabaly plan is in effect from 3rd.
    So.........

    If they charge more then the fare amount that means this is all unjustice.




    BSNL is :thumbdown:

    They just what to make money :29:

    I wish i can :11::7::6: etc etc :dots:
